What To Expect

To be able to bake a cake for friends & family is just magical. Passing on the skills of home baking is something I am very proud of in our Fabulous Baking & Desserts experience.

In this hands-on workshop, you will learn how to make light & fluffy cakes & sponges, sinful desserts with all the trimmings and delicious seasonal puddings.

You’ll be armed with an array of deliciousness to take home & enjoy, where I’m sure you’ll have eagerly awaiting family or friends, or both, when they hear you’re off on a hands-on baking & desserts experience with Fiona.

Recipe Sheets: Guests receive a recipe pack to follow along during the experience and take home.

Important Booking Information

Booking & Cancellation Policy & Do we cater for specific allergies?

Cloughan Farm is a small business with just one kitchen. Vegetarian options are available; please let us know at the time of booking if these are required. Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for specific allergies.

Please note that we use fresh flowers and burning candles throughout the cookery school as part of the experience and setting.

All bookings must be made through our online booking platform.

Bookings are strictly non-refundable in all circumstances unless an experience is cancelled by Cloughan Farm Cookery School.

If you are unable to attend your experience after booking, the booking cannot be transferred to an alternative date. However, you may transfer your place to a friend of your choice. To arrange a transfer, please email info@fionaegan.com.

What a gem. Thanks to a group of Ukrainian women I have had a great night.
Went to Fiona’s cookery school and had a wonderful time watching and learning how to cook better. Fiona and her husband Michael were wonderful hosts and gave plenty of time for the lessons to be translated so the Ukrainian women could understand. The best part of the night was when we got to eat the food Fiona cooked and some delightful treats the Ukrainian women had made earlier

This cookery experience was SO FUN!!!!! Six longtime friends created some amazing memories with Fiona, Michael and Lena at Cloughan Farm and Cookery School. Our husbands were a bit skeptical but it didn’t take long for them to get onboard and realize everyone’s participation in creating a meal of beef and Guinness stew, Granny’s brown bread, riced potatoes and summer berry meringue Roulade could be so FABULOUS.
