During this demonstration experience, Fiona will prepare a seasonal 3-course menu, guiding you step-by-step from preparation to cooking and baking. You will learn how to plate up with confidence and style, while picking up all the insider tips on how to set and decorate your dining room table for a truly atmospheric and memorable gathering.
In the cookery school kitchen, seasonal ingredients and recipes come to life as Fiona guides you through the process of bringing your culinary creations right to the table. Afterwards, take your seat at the dining room table to savour the fruits of Fiona’s labour and enjoy a memorable meal thoughtfully prepared and warmly served.

Important Booking Information
Cloughan Farm is a small business with just one kitchen. Vegetarian options are available; please let us know at the time of booking if these are required. Unfortunately, we are unable to cater for specific allergies.
Please note that we use fresh flowers and burning candles throughout the cookery school as part of the experience and setting.
All bookings must be made through our online booking platform.
Bookings are strictly non-refundable in all circumstances unless an experience is cancelled by Cloughan Farm Cookery School.
If you are unable to attend your experience after booking, the booking cannot be transferred to an alternative date. However, you may transfer your place to a friend of your choice. To arrange a transfer, please email info@fionaegan.com.
