Winter Gardening – Niamh Flannelly
Date:
23rd October
Time/Duration:
11am – 3pm
Reflection, Rest & Kitchen Table Connection
Led by Niamh Flannelly, Assistant Kitchen Gardener at the world-renowned Ashford Castle and one of Ireland’s most respected horticulturists.
Niamh will share practical winter garden techniques and seasonal sowings, alongside a warm and encouraging reflective conversation on the trials and triumphs of the year gone by. This gathering offers a gentle reminder to embrace mistakes as lessons, release perfectionism, and welcome the natural slowing down of both garden and mind.
Following our garden session and conversation, enjoy a seasonal cookery demonstration with Fiona and Niamh using our fresh garden bounty, before gathering around our dining table to share a delicious 2-course lunch celebrating good food, connection, and the fruits of our labour.
